Job summary

Alexandra Hospital is seeking an enthusiastic Clinical Research Coordinator to support multi-site NUHS research evaluating a conversational voice AI agent. You will recruit subjects, manage data, obtain consent, and ensure study activities align with HBRA and HBRA guidelines.

The role involves collaboration with PI and the research team across hospitals and polyclinics within the NUHS cluster. You will be based at hospitals and clinics; travel between sites is part of the duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Science/Public Health/Social Science.
• 2–3 years’ clinical research experience preferred; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Able to adapt in a fast-paced environment with deadlines and targets.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; leadership and accountability desirable.
• Willing to travel between hospitals and external study sites.

Responsibilities

• Recruit subjects, schedule activities, and enter data; screen eligibility.
• Obtain consent, administer questionnaires, and follow up with participants.
• Collaborate with clinicians and staff to meet study needs and timelines.
• Handle data collection and management, including EHR data extraction.
• Maintain study files, ensure HBRA/GCP compliance, and prepare audits.
• Coordinate IRB submissions, amendments, and annual reports.
• Liaise with investigators to set up clinical workflows across sites.
• Support protocol development and evaluation activities.
