Job summary

The National Neuroscience Institute of Singapore is seeking a dedicated Clinical Research Coordinator to support Traditional Chinese Medicine projects. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree and demonstrates strong communication skills and a quick learning ability.

You will assist in coordinating studies, recruit and screen participants, manage data using designated systems, and maintain compliant study records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare or life sciences, including in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with language proficiency for diverse stakeholders
• Genuine interest in health research and dedication to patient care
• Adaptability and quick learning capabilities in a dynamic research setting
• Competency in data management tools, including Excel

Responsibilities

• Assist in the coordination and management of clinical research studies related to Traditional Chinese Medicine
• Recruit, screen, and engage with study participants, ensuring informed consent and ethical standards are maintained
• Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, and the clinical team to facilitate smooth study operations
• Collect, enter, and manage research data accurately using designated data management systems
• Perform basic data processing and preliminary analyses as required
• Maintain detailed and organized study records in compliance with regulatory and institutional guidelines
• Contribute to team meetings, bringing insights and a proactive approach to learning and collaboration
