Job summary

WhiteCoat is seeking a Clinical Operations Executive to join the dispensary team in Singapore. You will be responsible for maintaining daily operations and ensuring high-quality processes across dispensing and delivery activities.

Key duties include managing dispensing accuracy, scheduling deliveries, coordinating with courier partners, and supervising the dispensary team. Fresh graduates with a Diploma and meticulous attention to detail are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Diploma required; fresh graduates welcome.
• Must be meticulous and detail-oriented.
• Willing to work rotational shifts including 2 night shifts, 1 weekend shift per week and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Uphold dispensing accuracy, medication handling, and quality control protocols.
• Schedule medication deliveries.
• Manage and liaise with courier partners.
• Oversee the dispensary team.
• Dispense and pack medications according to prescriptions.
• Facilitate delivery agent pickups.
• Handle ad hoc administrative and dispensary tasks as required.

What you will be doing

We are looking for a Clinical Operations Executive to join our dispensary team. You will be responsible for maintaining daily operations and ensuring processes are carried out with the highest quality.

On a Day-to‑day Basis, You Will

• Uphold dispensing accuracy, medication handling, and quality control protocols
• Schedule medication deliveries
• Manage and liaise with courier partners
• Oversee the dispensary team
• Dispense and pack medications according to prescriptionsFacilitate delivery agent pickups
• Handle ad hoc administrative and dispensary tasks as required
