Job summary

Becton Dickinson (BD) is hiring a Sales Associate Trainee in Singapore to join a dynamic team working closely with surgeons, nurses, and healthcare professionals. You will gain hands-on exposure in operating theatres, participate in structured training programs, and develop both clinical and commercial skills in a global healthcare leader.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy, or related discipline.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Operating Theatre exposure is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support in Operating Theatres during procedures.
• Assist surgeons and theatre staff with product setup and technical support.
• Support safe and effective use of BD Surgery and Endourology products in clinical settings.
• Deliver product demonstrations and clinical education sessions.
• Support product evaluations and new technology introductions.
