Job summary

NATIONAL UNIVERSITY HOSPITAL (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking a Medical Laboratory Technician to handle specimen processing, LIS operations and a range of waived to moderate tests. The role emphasizes accuracy, safety and quality in a fast paced clinical lab environment.

You will work with a professional team, keeping up with new techniques and regulatory requirements, and participate in routine administrative tasks to support overall lab function.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Medical Laboratory Science with relevant certification.
• 1–2 years clinical laboratory experience preferred.
• Strong communication, teamwork and customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Receive laboratory specimens and reject those unsuitable for analysis.
• Operate the Laboratory Information System for result entry and queries.
• Perform waived and moderate complexity tests according to protocols.
• Ensure compliance with CAP and Singapore regulatory standards.
• Participate in routine laboratory administrative duties and clerical tasks.
