National University Health System is seeking a Data Engineer for the SIMFONI Conductor platform in Singapore to design, build, and maintain scalable clinical data pipelines and data models powering AI-enabled decisions.

You will collaborate with clinicians, engineers, and external partners to ensure data quality, governance, and secure operations while delivering reliable data services and documentation for AI models and analytics across public hospitals and institutions.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, Health Informatics, or a related discipline (must-have).
• 3–5+ years of data engineering, database engineering, analytics engineering, or data platform development experience.
• Strong SQL and Python with ETL/ELT experience.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, dbt, Apache Airflow, or similar tools.
• Strong data modelling, governance, quality, and database optimisation knowledge.
• Experience in Linux, Git, and modern software practices.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with healthcare, EHR, or regulated datasets and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Professional certifications in Data Engineering or cloud platforms are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain clinical data pipelines, transformation workflows, and data assets for the SIMFONI Conductor platform.
• Build and manage canonical data models, data mappings, and integration frameworks across clinical systems.
• Implement data quality controls, lineage tracking, and governance processes to ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimise data pipelines and database performance for reliability and scalability.
• Collaborate with clinicians, engineers, product teams, Synapxe, and external partners to support integrations and platform delivery.
• Support testing, deployment, production operations, release management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain documentation, data dictionaries, operational procedures, and release records.
