Job summary

National University Health System invites a Senior Manager, Artificial Intelligence Office to lead the SIMFONI Conductor platform design, development, and governance. This contract role focuses on scalable, secure enterprise AI enablement for Singapore's public healthcare institutions.

You will manage backend engineering teams, collaborate with clinical, data, product, and infrastructure stakeholders, and shape technical strategy and delivery roadmaps for national AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 8-10+ years of experience in software or platform engineering.
• Proven track record leading engineering teams and delivering large-scale initiatives.
• Strong experience with APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
• Familiarity with containerisation and DevOps including Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with healthcare or enterprise integration standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, technical direction, and roadmap for the SIMFONI Conductor backend.
• Mentor backend engineering teams and oversee delivery planning.
• Oversee backend services, APIs, microservices, and integration with AI models.
• Ensure security, governance, and regulatory compliance for platform.
