Job summary

National University Health System seeks a Senior Assistant Manager, Artificial Intelligence Office (Contract) to drive end-to-end planning, coordination and delivery of the SIMFONI Conductor platform within clinical workflows.

You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, translate clinical requirements into actionable delivery plans, and oversee governance, risk, and on-boarding of AI models across healthcare institutions and clusters.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management and related fields.
• Experience managing end-to-end project delivery including planning, requirements gathering, implementation, testing, deployment, and benefits realisation.
• Strong stakeholder management across clinical, operational, technical, governance, vendor, and senior management.
• Good understanding of healthcare IT systems, data governance, cybersecurity, privacy requirements and technology delivery methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, negotiation and report-writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, monitoring and delivery of SIMFONI Conductor initiatives.
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, and implementation roadmaps.
• Coordinate governance, risk and compliance activities including architecture reviews and security assessments.
• Manage onboarding of AI models, agentic applications and use cases from intake through deployment.
• Coordinate delivery across platform teams and manage dependencies, environments and deployments.
• Support budgeting, resource planning, procurement, vendor coordination and funding utilisation tracking.
• Prepare presentations, meeting summaries and decision papers for leadership.
• Coordinate testing, deployment readiness, operational transition, training and handover activities.
