Responsibilities

• Perform backend administrative duties including appointment scheduling, pre-appointment instructions and follow-up calls, and data collation.
• Provide clinical support by assisting medical, nursing, and allied health domains within SNAP.
• Cross coverage of duties to ensure seamless operations.
• Undertake ad hoc assignments as directed by supervisors.
