The role focuses on sustaining patient care through effective scheduling, supervision, and collaboration with physicians to tailor care plans. Responsibilities include maintaining detailed records, conducting audits, training new staff, and driving service quality initiatives in a fast-paced, central setting.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical nursing skills.
• Ability to take initiative and proactively assess processes within the clinic.
• Ability to lead clinical staff and constructively give feedback and perform reviews.
• Good computer skills required.
• Commitment to integrity, punctuality and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Ensure staffing coverage across in-house clinics to maintain patient care.
• Coordinate with physicians to develop care plans based on patient needs.
• Maintain accurate patient and case records.
• Participate in audits of policies and procedures.
• Supervise and educate newly employed staff and provide training on service standards.
• Plan and execute action plans to improve service and clinical standards.
• Monitor discipline and conduct of frontline staff.
• Manage data on operational indicators and contribute to process improvements.
