Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Temporary Patient Service Associate in Ang Mo Kio to support patients throughout their clinic journey in a healthcare polyclinic. This role offers hands-on exposure in patient services and healthcare operations, with duties across front-desk inquiries, wayfinding, and basic health screenings.

We welcome candidates with GCE N/O/A Level, NITEC, Higher NITEC or Diploma qualifications.

Qualifications

• No prior healthcare experience required as training will be provided.
• Comfortable interacting with patients from different backgrounds and age groups.
• Service-oriented and willing to assist others.

Responsibilities

• Attend to patients' enquiries and guide them through the healthcare system.
• Assist patients with wayfinding and general enquiries within the polyclinic.
• Provide additional assistance to patients when required, such as arranging wheelchairs.
• Identify and tag patients who may be at risk of falls.
• Provide face masks and assist with temperature taking for patients presenting with flu or fever symptoms.
• Guide and educate patients on the use of Self-Service Kiosks and mobile applications.
• Assist with basic measurements such as height, weight and blood pressure when required.
• Assist eligible patients in completing medical questionnaires.
• Provide general support to ensure a smooth and positive patient experience.
