Job summary

Anradus Pte Ltd is seeking a Clinic Manager to lead daily operations at the Central clinic. You will coordinate staff, manage the financial performance, and work with doctors to achieve revenue targets while ensuring high-quality patient care and service standards.

You will explain hair and skin aesthetic treatments based on doctor assessments, recommend suitable packages, and diligently follow up with clients to drive bookings and repeat visits. Adherence to MOH guidelines is essential.

• 2+ years of relevant clinic management experience.

Job description

• Position Title: Clinic Manager
• Working Location: Central
• Working Hours: Mon to Fri: 10.00am to 8.00pm, Sat: 10.00am to 5.00pm
• Salary Package: Basic + Incentive + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily clinic operations, staff coordination and financial performance.
• Work with doctors and management to achieve clinic revenue and sales targets.
• Explain recommended hair and skin aesthetic treatments based on doctors’ assessments and clients’ concerns.
• Recommend suitable treatments and packages through ethical upselling and cross-selling.
• Follow up with prospective and existing clients to encourage bookings and repeat visits.
• Provide personalised support throughout the client journey to ensure service quality and satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate consultation, client and treatment records while protecting confidentiality.
• Ensure compliance with clinic procedures, consultation protocols and applicable MOH guidelines.
• Monitor industry trends and competitors, and identify ways to improve clinic workflows and services.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of clinic operations, staff coordination and financial management.
• Familiarity with hair and skin aesthetic treatments and relevant medical terminology.
• Strong communication, listening and relationship management skills.
• Customer-focused with a professional approach to consultations and sales.
• Able to identify operational issues and implement practical improvements.
• Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
