Job summary

MCI Career Services Pte Ltd is recruiting for a role in Singapore to support patients during hospital visits and stays. The position involves coordinating registrations, answering enquiries, and performing administrative tasks with attention to accuracy and privacy.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare support or front-d desk is a plus.
• Customer service oriented with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients during hospital visits or stays and attend to their needs promptly.
• Coordinate patient appointments, registrations and enquiries professionally.
• Perform administrative duties including documentation, data entry, and maintaining accurate records.
• Liaise with doctors, nurses and healthcare staff to facilitate smooth patient care and service delivery.
• Address patient concerns and provide courteous assistance to enhance the overall patient experience.
