• Registered and maintained accurate patient records.
• Managed patient payments and cashiering duties.
• Performed in-house diagnostic procedures after training (e.g., Lung Function Tests, Skin Prick Allergy Tests, influenza tests).
• Answered phone inquiries and assisted patients with appointment scheduling.
• Processed medical insurance claims and related documentation.
• Scheduled and confirmed patient appointments.
• Conducted monthly inventory stock checks and replenishment.
• Performed end-of-day and month-end account reconciliation.
• Supported daily clinic operations and completed ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
