YEO'S Clinic in Clementi is seeking a Part-Time Clinic Assistant to support reception and front-desk duties during fixed evening and weekend sessions. You will handle patient registration, answer calls, and assist with dispensing under supervision.

The role requires basic English and Mandarin communication, computer literacy, and an ITE qualification. Training will be provided; long-term commitment and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Able to communicate in English and Mandarin; knowledge of a Chinese dialect preferred.
• Must be computer-literate and comfortable using software applications.
• ITE qualification is required.

Responsabilités

• Register patients and manage intake at front desk.
• Handle telephone enquiries and provide information to callers.
• Assist in dispensing medications as required under supervision.

Part-Time Clinic Assistant Wanted - Clementi

Working Hours

2 weekday evening sessions per week: 6:30 pm - 9:00 pm

1 Sunday morning session per week: 9:00 am - 12:30 pm

Job Responsibilities

• Patient registration
• Handling telephone enquiries
• Dispensing medication

Requirements

• Able to communicate with patients in English, Mandarin and preferably one Chinese dialect .
• Must be computer-literate and comfortable using computers and software applications.
• Minimum ITE qualification.

Important Conditions

Although this is a part-time, session-based position, long-term commitment is required . This is not a short-term or vacation job lasting only a few months.

Reliability, punctuality and commitment are essential. Applicants must take their work responsibilities seriously and maintain regular attendance. Frequent or unjustified absenteeism is unacceptable. This position is intended for serious and dependable applicants only.

Training will be provided. Candidates are expected to be able to work independently after approximately 1-2 months of training .
