Job summary

ENT Surgeons in Singapore’s central area (Novena & Orchard) is seeking clinic assistants and nurses for a non-shift role with 5.5 days office hours.

The position offers a salary range of $2000 to $4000 monthly. You will handle front counter duties, patient registration, appointment scheduling, instrument coordination, and patient record management while assisting doctors during procedures. Incentive and performance bonuses are available, with a friendly work environment.

Qualifications

• Front desk and clinic coordination experience (if applicable).
• Ability to handle phone, email, and text inquiries.
• Experience with scheduling and patient registration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and assist front counter work: answer phone, email and text, register patients, schedule appointments, collect payments.
• Coordinate and prepare medical instruments, medications, and consumables.
• Manage patient medical records and assist doctors during procedures.
• Follow up on patient care and treatment plans.

Job Highlights:

Looking for clinic assistants and Nurses in a specialist clinic in the central area Novena & Orchard.

No shift work required.

5.5 days office hours – Monday to Friday 8.20am to 5.30pm (include 1 hour lunch break) and Saturday 8.20am to 12.30pm.

Salary range: $2000 to $4000.
