You will perform daily administration, assist doctors in clinical tasks, schedule and follow up on patient appointments, and handle payments, delivering friendly service in a quiet, low-volume setting. The role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, computer literacy, and the ability to work 36 hours per week (128 hours monthly).

Responsibilities

• Perform administration duties.
• Assisting chiropractic doctors in the clinic.
• Schedule and follow up on patients appointment.
• Attending to patient queries and incoming calls.
• Perform daily general housekeeping to keep the clinic clean and tidy.
• Handling payments.
• Easy, non- high volume work shift.
• Able to manoeuvre physically with ease through confined spaces around treatment tables while assisting patient transition from sleep to stand position, if any.

Salary ranges from $2100 to $2600 depending on experience.
