Job summary

NTU invites applications for an 8-month contract in the Climate Transformation Programme’s Sustainable Societies Cluster. The role supports coordination across NTU and EOS, handling admin, reporting materials, and stakeholder liaison.

Based at NTU Centre for Contemporary Art Singapore, Gillman Barracks, the position contributes to public programmes and cross-department collaboration. The candidate should have a Bachelor's in a relevant field, strong admin and writing skills, and ability to work

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant social science, arts or humanities discipline.
• Experience in academic, research or educational institutions.
• Strong organisation, project and time management with ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Adobe CS and social media programmes.
• Grant-writing experience.
• Experience with A/V equipment for video/audio recording.
• Highly motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Key administrative contact for project stakeholders such as co-investigators and collaborators.
• Provide general administrative support, day-to-day management and logistics of the research project.
• Prepare all project materials for reporting obligations.
• Assist in arranging field trips, including visas, travel and accommodation.
• Assist in data management and coordination of meetings, conferences and exhibitions.
• Coordinate with NTU departments (Finance, EOS Admin Office) as required.
• Support PI and Co-I in grant administration matters.
