Job summary

Research Network, based in Singapore, seeks a friendly, proactive Client Success Associate to help clients start on our platform, plan research projects, and keep arrangements on track. You will respond to client questions and coordinate schedules to ensure a smooth experience.

You’ll follow up with clients who haven’t completed registration or setup and identify upsell opportunities that meet their research needs, helping clients feel connected and supported by our community.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to explain platform processes clearly to clients.
• Experience discussing client needs and recommending options.
• Comfort with learning new software.
• Sales or research-panel experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Guide new clients through registration and project setup.
• Plan projects with clients and verify details before proceeding.
• Answer client and participant questions by phone, video, and written contact.
• Coordinate schedule changes and reschedule research sessions when needed.
• Support clients with day-to-day use of the platform.
• Follow up with clients who have started but not completed registration or setup.
• Identify opportunities to upsell projects meeting client needs.
