Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in order management or customer service.
• Experience in supply chain, logistics, and manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to liaise with different time zones (e.g., Europe/America).

Responsabilités

• Coordinate client’s business requirements to ensure service levels.
• Attend client inquiries about order status, quotations, and shipping.
• Advise clients on delivery schedules and inventory availability.
• Follow up to resolve all client problems and issues.
• Work with cross-functional teams to meet operational requirements.
• Initiate continuous process improvements.
• Provide business reports to management and clients weekly/monthly.
• Participate in demand planning with clients as required.
