Job summary

Phillip Securities Pte Ltd, a member of PhillipCapital, seeks a detail-oriented Client Services Executive to support the POEMS online trading platform. You will maintain trading counter information across markets, ensure accuracy, and assist with process automation.

The role requires bilingual English and Chinese, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma qualification in any discipline.
• Prior experience in operations, client services, brokerage, financial services, or digital platforms will be an advantage.
• Proficient in English and Chinese, with good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high levels of accuracy while identifying opportunities to improve and automate manual processes.
• Experience with workflow automation, RPA, Python, VBA, Microsoft Power Platform, or similar technologies will be an advantage.
• Customer-focused with good interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to respond effectively to client requests.
• A proactive and accountable team player who is self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day operations of the online trading business, with a primary focus on maintaining counter information.
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timely publication of trading and counter information on the POEMS platform.
• Manage operational activities including live price approvals, rewards programme administration, and account-related enquiries and service requests from clients and Trading Representatives.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and implement automation solutions that improve operational efficiency, scalability, and data accuracy.
• Ensure the POEMS website remains up to date through the timely publication of announcements and content updates.
• Assist with operational reporting, exchange submissions, and other ad hoc operational and administrative activities as required.
