Job summary

Enuit is seeking a Client Services Analyst to provide technical support for Entrade to clients worldwide. You will participate in implementations, configurations, testing and ongoing support, while delivering pre-sales demonstrations and client training.

Strong SQL query skills and familiarity with C# or OO programming are valued. Experience with React.js or similar front-end JS frameworks is a plus, with a global client base and remote/onsite delivery options.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

We are looking for a Client Services Analyst to provide technical support service for the software product to our customers throughout the globe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute in initial product implementation, additional enhancement, and/or integration projects for Enuit clients in installing, configuring, testing and supporting such projects either onsite or remotely.
• Provide Entrade technical support to clients.
• Provide Entrade pre-sales support/demo/presentation to prospects and training to the clients.
• Design business processes that match client requirements and that are easily configured in Entrade, communicate objectives, and deliver the solution in an efficient manner to the client.
• Resolve issues and perform troubleshooting.
• Communicate with client to understand desired results and assist in the design and testing of user acceptance test cases to validate project delivery.
• Provide system and project documentation to the client.
• Ensure clear communication to development, technical and support resources, and with project management skills to assist in managing deliverables and expectations.
• Track support related issues and elevate to higher management for resolution if necessary.

Requirements:

• Minimum of bachelor's degree in Business, Management Information Systems, Computer Science/Engineering or related field.
• A self-starter with proven troubleshooting skills, analytical skills with acute attention to details.
• Resourceful and detail-oriented team player with great learning skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, presentation skills and the ability to train others.
• Ability to write and analyze SQL queries.
• Some background in C# or other similar object-oriented programming languages.
• Familiar with common software development methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, etc).
• Background in React.js or other similar front-end JavaScript frameworks will be an added advantage.
• Some commodity/energy trading industry knowledge will be an added advantage.
