Job summary

Wellington Management Co is seeking a Client Transitions Analyst in Central Singapore to support onboarding and day-to-day servicing of client accounts. You will work with Global Operations, Trading, Portfolio Implementation and external partners to deliver high-quality client service.

The role requires 3–5 years in financial services or investment operations, with custody/recordkeeping knowledge, and strong communication skills to manage multiple workstreams.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in financial services or investment operations.
• Experience with custody and accounting/recordkeeping processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication and ability to coordinate with global stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support and solutions to client teams by analyzing and resolving complex issues.
• Coordinate with clients, custodians, vendors, and global teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Develop operational knowledge across investment strategies and market operations to support new products and services.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Collaborate with regional teams to adapt processes to APAC market practices and regulatory expectations.
