Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in custody, client servicing, or operations within a financial institution.
• Solid understanding of custody operations, securities settlement, asset servicing, and market practices.
• Strong awareness of Southeast Asia client behaviours, expectations, and communication norms.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage daily service operations for assigned custody clients with accuracy and responsiveness.
• Represent the voice of the client within the organization and ensure service levels are met.
• Build and maintain trust-based relationships with institutional clients in Southeast Asia.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers to understand client strategy and support growth.
• Coordinate with internal service teams to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution.
