We are looking for highly motivated and client-focused Client Service Manager to lead the service delivery and relationship management for top-tier custody clients across Southeast Asia. This role acts as the primary service advocate for our clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the custody business, a strong analytical mindset, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and client engagement. This role will report to Manager of Client Service Management, Southeast Asia.
