Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of bank customer service experience with ability to handle inquiries and process transactions per policy (KYC).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong problem solving and numerical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform start and end of day banking activities.
• Process fund transfers/CBL and OTC transactions up to SGD 30K.
• Monitor maturities of Time Deposits and coordinate with clients for instructions.
• Brief and orient prospective clients on bank products; cross-sell where appropriate.
• Act as liaison for Singapore clients and branches in the Philippines; support marketing events.
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with KYC/AML, Data Privacy and Service Quality Standards.
• Handle small projects and other duties as assigned.
