Job summary

J.P. Morgan Chase's Asset and Wealth Management division seeks an Associate for the AML/Reputation Risk Escalation team.

You will help ensure client onboarding aligns with strategy and assess financial crime and reputational risk for prospects and existing clients, acting as a first line of defense. You will provide guidance to Bankers, coordinate with Global Financial Crime Compliance, review screening alerts, and ensure high-quality outputs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of KYC/AML experience.
• Knowledge of Asia jurisdiction rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to Bankers on reputational and financial crime risk concerns and coordinate submissions to committees.
• Collaborate with Bankers to address risk tolerance and client fit per business strategy.
• Work with Global Financial Crime Compliance and Risk functions on client issues with financial crime and reputational risk.
