Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of prior work experience ideally in a related field.
• Demonstrated work experience in markets, investing, or investment consulting roles.
• Ability to solve complex problems through analysis.
• Aptitude for creative quantitative work involving financial and economic data.
• Passionate about effective communication.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Data analysis experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop a rich understanding of Bridgewater’s book of business, related commercial strategy, and our investment thinking.
• Contribute to Bridgewater’s client service strategy by generating insights and conveying key messages to clients.
• Strategize with Portfolio Strategists, Client Advisors, & other investment professionals to handle client requests.
• Apply analytical skills to create insights that shape clients' investment thinking or deliver portfolio analytics.
• Manage and direct Client Service Research Analysts and oversee day-to-day projects.
• Assist in visualizing the team’s goals and align resources to projects.
• Oversee longer-term client projects and conduct deep portfolio analyses.
