Job summary

Citco seeks a senior leader to drive onboarding programs, client integration, and service delivery across global teams. The VP will supervise AVPs, training staff, and rolling out global best practices in the integration function.

The role requires extensive PM, BA capabilities, strong client relationship skills, and deep knowledge of financial services. You will engage with senior management and multiple global offices to ensure successful onboarding and project execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding, client integration, service delivery and sales support efforts.

• Oversee data migrations, testing and client reporting coordination with third parties.
• Coordinate with Technology groups and external vendors on interfaces and migrations.
• Drive client relationships and vendor management through efficiency projects and issue resolution.
• Provide resource management, tracking of project pipelines, and reporting to senior management.

Job description

The role of an Aexeo Onboarding Vice President (VP) involves leading projects or elements of large engagements, including client integration, service delivery and sales support. The Aexeo Onboarding VP is responsible for managing virtual teams that assist clients in integrating the Citco services into their environment, employing proper information systems, resources, and controls to maximize efficiencies and minimize risk. The VP is responsible for managing a group of Assistant Vice Presidents (AVP), training and development of staff, roll out of global best practice and standardization across the global Integration team.

The VP will be heavily involved in securing new business as well as managing existing client relationships and onboardings, will have a lead role in global or local initiatives interacting with other Citco global offices and technology groups.

The integration team is the central point of contact for the client both technical and support during onboarding. The role involves dealing with the senior management of all the organizations that interact with Citco Fund Services.

Sales Preparation:

• Build out of sample portfolios for client pitches and demonstrations

• Request for proposal/information assistance

• Direct source of information to Business Development on vendors/conversion/interfaces

• Stakeholder in the development of new clients/business

Project Manage / Functional Task Owner:

• Actively participate in departmental and company-wide projects.

• Identify issues/concerns and recommend company-wide solutions for any/all high risk projects

• Stakeholder strategic initiatives within the Client Integration team
