Job summary

Citco Fund Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd. is seeking a Senior Data Transformation Lead to guide data initiatives for premier clients in the financial services sector.

You will bridge business requirements with technical teams, drive projects from discovery to delivery, and shape data solutions across integration, modelling and reporting. You will lead client relationships, mentor teams, and contribute to proposals and transformations that enhance service quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience working with data and in financial services.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline.
• Experience with scripting languages and finance tools.
• Knowledge of data integration, ETL processes, and data modeling.
• Familiarity with Atlassian products and AWS preferred.
• Strong analytical skills for data preparation, cleaning, normalization, and deduplication.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies beneficial.
• Client-facing and business development experience in the finance industry required.
• Knowledge of financial products and hedge funds, PE, real assets fund administration beneficial.
• Strategic mindset to enhance client experience via new processes/technologies.
• Ability to influence and persuade

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship partner and key point of contact for high-profile clients on strategic data initiatives.
• Bridge communication between clients and technical teams by gathering, documenting, and articulating detailed business requirements.
• Drive Data Transformation client projects from requirements gathering to delivery.
• Build a best-in-class team supporting premier client relationships and their data initiatives.
• Provide client-facing materials to share subject matter expertise across data technologies.
• Support RFP questions to foster future partnerships with Citco prospects.
• Provide SME knowledge in accounting and finance to support data solutions.
• Demonstrate client-driven approach, fostering long-term relationships with clients.
• Maintain proactive awareness of industry changes and technology advancements.
• Collaborate with Data Transformation leadership to identify priority improvement areas based on client conversations.

As a core member of our Data Transformationteam, you willbe working with some of the industry’smost accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon.

• Serve as the primary relationship partner and key point of contact for specific high-profile clients on their strategic data initiatives
• Bridge communication between clients and technical teams by gathering, documenting, and articulating detailed business requirements to ensure accurate solution delivery
• Drive Data Transformation client projects and support a high-quality client experience from requirements gathering to delivery
• Build a best-in-class team supporting premier client relationships and their data initiatives, working closely with Citco clients and business stakeholders to assess client needs and identify the solution best suited to meet those needs
• Provide client facing materials to share subject matter expertise and deep knowledge across data technologies (e.g. data integration, data modelling, data products / services)
• Support RFP questions where they arise to help foster future partnership with Citco prospects
• Provide subject matter expertise and deep knowledge in accounting and finance to support related data solutions
• Demonstrate a client-driven approach at all times, fostering long-term relationships with clients
• Maintain a proactive approach to staying up-to-date on industry changes and technology advancements, providing insights into industry trends internally and to clients
• Collaborate with Data Transformation leadership to identify and prioritize key areas for improvement based on the client conversations and projects that arise
