Job summary

Sportradar AG is seeking a passionate Client Integration & Certification professional to collaborate with top clients on integration efforts, from guidance to hands-on support. You will coordinate with Service Delivery, Account Management, and Sales to maximize product value and ensure successful onboarding.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Product and Engineering to deliver seamless integrations, resolve issues, and advocate best practices.

Qualifications

Experience in technical client integration or related roles.
Familiarity with API concepts and data formats (XML/JSON).
Understanding of real-time data delivery and event-driven architectures.
Excellent written and verbal English communication.
Degree in CS/Engineering a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

Engage with clients to deliver timely, accurate technical guidance.
Partner with Delivery, Account Management, and Sales teams on key client relationships.
Work with Product and Engineering to ensure seamless integrations for new accounts.
Lead best practices for integrating Sportradar products and provide hands-on support.
Act as project manager for integration initiatives when required.
