Job summary

Entrust is seeking a Senior Systems Integrator to deliver complex IDV integrations for enterprise customers. You will serve as a technical resource, coordinating with delivery, product, and support teams to ensure successful implementations while balancing urgency and sustainable delivery practices.

The ideal candidate has strong technical integration experience, 5+ years in SaaS with APIs/SDKs, and a collaborative mindset to work across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong technical integration experience to support customer solutioning.
• 5 years of experience with SaaS products, including APIs and SDKs.
• Ability to work through complex integration issues with appropriate guidance and escalation on broad-scope decisions.
• Usually 7+ years of professional experience.
• Undergraduate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Integrate IDV solutions for enterprise customers with defined scope and timelines.
• Develop integration plans for customer engagements with defined business and communication requirements.
• Identify and document technical work required to support customer integrations.
• Coordinate with delivery, product, and support teams to advance implementations.
• Escalate customer-impacting concerns through appropriate channels and maintain delivery discipline.
