• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications to support sales and administrative tasks.
• Knowledge or experience in Interior Design or Carpentry adds value for advising customers.
• Proven sales experience demonstrating ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address customer needs.
• Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills to close deals.
• Effective communication skills to engage customers and teams.
• Exceptional customer service skills to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Maintain long-lasting relationships with existing customers through after-sales service.
• Source new sales opportunities to expand the customer base and revenue.
• Develop knowledge of product features to provide accurate customer advice.
• Build relationships with new customers to generate sales leads.
• Process purchase orders and coordinate with production and logistics for delivery.
• Advise customers on suitable product selection based on needs and specs.
• Create and maintain a sales pipeline for forecasting and prioritization.
• Follow up on inquiries via website chats, emails, and calls to convert leads.
• Coordinate meetings between potential customers and outdoor Sales Executives to close deals.
