Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications.
• Experience in commercial marketing, sales support or business development roles.
• Strong knowledge of direct marketing, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to develop persuasive messages.
• Experience in developing multi-channel campaigns and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Account Management (≈70%): manage day-to-day client relationships and CRM records.
• Marketing & Lead Support (≈30%): assist in marketing campaigns and lead generation.
• Reporting: log leads and provide account updates to management.
• Support client onboarding, renewals, and cross-sell opportunities.
