Job summary
Bloomberg Singapore is seeking a proactive client-facing technical support professional to join our Sales and Client Service team. You will coordinate with Sales to address connectivity requirements, lead Terminal installations, and collaborate with internal groups to provide access to Bloomberg infrastructure.
You’ll resolve technical issues, maintain performance, and liaise with market data, technology personnel, telecom providers and partners to ensure top-quality service for our clients in
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or degree-equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 1 year client-facing technical support experience.
- Fluent in English; Bahasa Indonesia proficiency required.
- Experience with TCP/IP, networks, PC hardware or operating systems.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a high-volume environment.
- Willingness to work occasional evenings/weekends.
Responsibilities
- Support technical issues and inquiries regarding Bloomberg Terminal software, hardware, and connectivity.
- Coordinate installation and maintain customers’ connectivity to Bloomberg's network.
- Work with clients to implement recommended hardware and network infrastructure strategies.
- Lead multiple concurrent projects with stakeholders to meet deadlines within service quality.
