Job summary

Bloomberg Singapore is hiring a Customer Support Representative to assist a global client base, troubleshoot issues across Bloomberg products, and ensure a seamless service experience. You'll work across tech, finance, and client engagement in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

The role starts with an immersive 8-week training program, followed by ongoing development and opportunities across analytics, data, and product support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with ability to start a full-time role in January 2027.
• Up to 3 years of work experience.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia for Bloomberg client communications.
• Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to support clients via phone, email, and messaging channels.
• Demonstrated interest in financial markets, technology, and client-focused problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot software, hardware, connectivity, authentication, and application issues.
• Support product installations, onboarding, and account access.
• Educate clients on Bloomberg products and workflows and foster long-term relationships.
• Collaborate with colleagues across regions to resolve complex challenges and drive process improvements.
