Job summary

SEARCHASIA CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking an Account Manager to partner with regional leaders, drive profitability, and optimise capital deployment aligned with corporate objectives.

You will lead planning, budgeting, forecasting and KPI setting, analysing financial results, pricing and customer profitability, while strengthening cost controls and workforce planning. The role requires a degree in Accountancy and a strong commercial mindset.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy is required.
• At least 10 years of finance experience, including a Finance Business Partnering role.
• Strong business understanding and commercial mindset.
• Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders with excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with regional business leaders to shape business strategies and optimise capital deployment.
• Lead mid-term planning, budgeting, forecasting and target-setting with KPIs.
• Analyse financial results, pricing, volume mix and customer profitability while strengthening cost controls and workforce planning.
• Develop financial models and business cases for strategic initiatives and capital investments.
• Provide financial analysis and approval support for potential acquisitions and investment opportunities.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of sales, pricing and cost data across business systems.
