Ambition in Singapore seeks a Business Analyst to support audit-focused projects, analyzing freight rate agreements, shipment data and business rules. This client-facing role blends business analysis, project coordination and data analysis to drive accurate processing and continuous improvement.

You will work with large datasets, gather requirements from clients, coordinate tasks, manage timelines, train users on systems, and deliver tailored reports and recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years in Business Analysis, client-facing roles, or technical service environments.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large and complex datasets.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret freight rate agreements and business rules to support configuration in internal systems.
• Work with large and complex datasets (shipment, invoice, and audit data) to identify trends, discrepancies, and insights.
• Gather, clarify, and document business and functional requirements from clients and stakeholders.
• Support project delivery by coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and managing timelines and dependencies.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, handling queries, resolving issues, and providing consultative support.
• Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and problem-solving.
• Analyze processed data and provide tailored solutions, reports, and recommendations based on client needs.
• Facilitate training sessions for clients and external users on systems and services.
• Develop and maintain documentation including user guides, process flows, and requirement documents.
• Escalate and communicate key issues to internal stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and client experience.
