ULTIFRESH ACTIVEWEAR PTE. LTD.

is seeking a dynamic sales support professional to develop and acquire new customers, respond to inquiries, prepare quotations, coordinate fabric and samples, and ensure orders are delivered to client specifications. You will liaise with factories and suppliers to source fabrics and samples, coordinate production delivery, and manage orders while maintaining documentation and quotations for customers.

Competenze

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in apparel customization or corporate gifts.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and the factory.
• Good writing and communication skills.
• Knowledge of garment fabrication and corporate gift manufacturing.
• Excellent interpersonal, planning and organizational skills to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, independent and self-motivated.

Mansioni

• Develop and acquire new customers from given and generated leads.
• Attend to customer enquiries and prepare sales quotations.
• Liaise with factories, suppliers and sub-contractors for fabric and sampling sourcing, coordinating production delivery.
• Manage and coordinate orders to meet client specifications.
• Assist with order processing including receiving, processing and reviewing transactions and service enquiries, resolving problems or escalating as needed.
• Relay campaign and pricing information to the sales team and provide quotations, samples and product literature upon request.
• Assist in selling by educating customers and maintaining direct personal contact.
• Learn all aspects of products sold and demonstrate specifications to clients when appropriate.
• Maintain sales statistics and records of customer performance and incentive payments.
• Other duties as assigned.
