Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support our Sales team and service our established clientele base, which consists mainly of interior designers, architects and industry clients.

The role involves collaborating with designers and clients on project requirements, preparing quotations, coordinating samples and orders, and providing timely follow-up and sales support.

Qualifications

• Experience with fabrics, wallpaper, interior design, or soft furnishings would be an advantage.
• Training provided.

Responsibilities

• Support the Sales team and service clients including interior designers and architects.
• Coordinate quotations, samples, and orders with designers and clients.
• Follow up on quotations and ongoing projects to ensure timely delivery.
• Check stock, pricing and lead times with suppliers.
• Coordinate samples, cuttings and hangers for designers and clients.
• Process sales orders and purchase orders and track delivery schedules.
