Louis Vuitton Singapore is seeking a Team Manager to be an ambassador of the Brand and to lead and coach the team, build Client relationships, proactively foster the achievement of sales goals and ensure the highest level of Client experience.

You will recruit and develop teams, develop them to the next level and secure succession plans, representing Brand values and Louis Vuitton attitudes toward Clients and team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the team to deliver the Louis Vuitton Promise.
• Develop long-term client relationships and ensure top client experience.
• Recruit and develop talent; secure succession plans with the Store Manager.
• Set individual and team goals; monitor and manage performance.
