Job summary

Avanade seeks Forward Deployed Engineers to join Avanade Next and embed with clients from week one. You will translate business priorities into practical AI-enabled solutions, build production-grade agentic systems, and configure Microsoft stack components such as Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry for enterprise deployments.

The role emphasizes autonomy, direct client interaction, and delivering real business value across engagements in APAC, with opportunities to travel regionally as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software or AI engineering with production systems.
• Strong command of Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI and agent orchestration.
• Full-stack capability from frontend, APIs and data to ship end-to-end solutions.
• Experience turning prototypes into production in client engagements with accountability.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients and architects to translate business priorities into AI-enabled solutions.
• Build and deploy end-to-end agentic AI systems embedded in client environments.
• Evaluate AI value, ensure commercial viability and technical feasibility at enterprise scale.
• Contribute reusable components and patterns to the Avanade Platform and IP library.
