Job summary

Inside Lvmh Singapore seeks a Client Development leader reporting to the General Manager to shape the clienteling strategy for the store, with a cross-border element including a functionally reporting colleague in Malaysia.

You will guide the team in engaging existing clients, recruiting new ones, and building loyal, long‑lasting relationships through best‑in‑class clienteling actions, while driving events and insights to boost business.

Responsibilities

• Development and Training of the Team on Clienteling: Support and guide the store team in clienteling activities with focus on top, new, and other Clients.
• Propose action plans and tools (events, contact opportunities, email templates, phone contact, written cards).
• Share best practices within the store (thanks, correspondence, birthday cards, clienteling for product launches, lapsed Clients).
• Guarantee actions for selected Clients; animate the monthly clienteling dashboard with best practices.
