Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Source and engage potential clients through calls, networking, referrals and outreach activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Understand clients' hiring needs and recommend recruitment solutions.
• Conduct client meetings and follow-ups to secure new opportunities.
• Manage the client acquisition process from initial contact to onboarding.
• Maintain accurate client and sales records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with Recruitment Team to deliver quality candidates and placements.
