Job summary

Kinetica Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a dynamic Accounts Manager (Client's) to manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring statutory, regulatory, CPF, GST, and tax filings are prepared and submitted on time.

You will supervise and mentor team members, allocate client portfolios, review quarterly and annual management accounts, monthly payroll filings, and corporate income tax returns, liaising with clients, the corporate secretary, and external auditors to ensure deadlines are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or CPA/ACCA/CA or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience with supervisory or senior-level experience.
• Strong knowledge of full-set accounting, month-end closing, financial reporting, and management reporting.
• Knowledge of SFRS, GST and CPF regulations; proficiency in MS Excel.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills with proactive problem-solving mindset.
• Mandarin fluency a plus for handling Chinese-speaking portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients ensuring statutory, regulatory, CPF, GST, and tax filings are prepared and submitted on time.
• Supervise, train, and mentor team members.
• Allocate client portfolios and review quarterly and annual management accounts, unaudited financial statements, monthly payroll filings, tax computations, GST returns, and corporate income tax returns.
• Liaise with clients, corporate secretary, and external auditors to meet deadlines.
• Support business growth by strengthening client relationships and identifying opportunities for value-added services.
• Handle additional ad-hoc accounting tasks as needed.
