Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or professional accounting certification (CPA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience with supervisory exposure.
• Strong proficiency in governance, accounting standards, and regulatory frameworks.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and XBRL reporting software advantageous.
• Fluency in Mandarin to manage Chinese-speaking client portfolios.

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join us as anAccounts Manager.

Roles &Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring all statutory, regulatory, and tax filings are submitted accurately and on schedule.
• Supervise, train, and mentor team members. Schedule work allocations and perform final reviews of tax computations, GST filings, accounting treatments, and unaudited financial statements for full legal compliance.
• Drive performance to achieve individual and team revenue budgets, key business plans, and operational milestones.
• Liaise with external auditors to resolve complex accounting and tax queries across client portfolios.
• Prepare and file XBRL financial statements in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Handle additional ad-hoc accounting tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor'sDegree in Accountancy or professional accounting certification (CPA, ACCA, CA,or equivalent).
• Minimum5 years of relevant accounting experience, with proven supervisory orsenior-level exposure.
• Strong proficiency in corporate governance, accounting standards, and regulatory frameworks. Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and XBRL reporting software is highly advantageous.
• High analytical ability, strong interpersonal skills, and a proactiveproblem-solving mindset.
• Strong verbal and written fluency in Mandarin is required to effectively manageChinese-speaking client portfolios.
