Job summary

RECRUIT NOW SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned accounting professional to lead a small team and ensure accurate financial reporting for a portfolio of clients in Jurong East.

Your role includes supervising accountants, advising on tax and compliance matters, and driving process improvements while mentoring junior staff to maintain high service standards across CSP and audit engagements.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• ACCA/CPA qualification preferred.
• 4–6 years of accounting experience, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in accounting or audit roles.
• Experience in a corporate services provider (CSP) or audit firm is required.
• Good knowledge of SFRS, corporate taxation, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Assist Accounts Manager in supervising and guiding accountants and accounts executives.
• Manage portfolio of clients; ensure timely financial statements and tax computations.
• Ensure compliance with SFRS and IRAS requirements.
• Review team work for accuracy and completeness.
• Advise clients on accounting, tax, and compliance matters.
• Support process improvements to boost departmental efficiency.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior staff.
• Coordinate with other departments for smooth service delivery.
