Job summary

CHIEF RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Client Services Support role in Singapore to assist the clinical team with financial assistance schemes and subsidy renewals.

You will manage onboarding, schedule initial assessments, and respond to inquiries from clients and caregivers. The role requires a Diploma or Advanced Diploma in a healthcare-related discipline, 1–2 years of relevant experience, and strong empathy, listening, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Advanced Diploma in a healthcare-related discipline.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in healthcare or social services.
• Compassionate and patient with empathy; active listening.
• Team player with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support the clinical team in advising clients on financial assistance schemes and subsidies.
• Assist with administrative processes to facilitate service delivery for clients and caregivers.
• Manage onboarding of new clients, schedule initial assessments, process subsidy applications and respond to enquiries.
• Provide support in initial assessment of client and caregiver needs under guidance of Case Manager or Social Worker.
• Coordinate access to community services to help clients and caregivers cope.
• Provide information, guidance, and referral support to clients and caregivers.
• Conduct joint home visits with Case Managers or Social Workers when required.
• Help plan and execute events or projects related to client and caregiver support.
• Participate in case discussions with the clinical team.
• Prepare, consolidate and monitor monthly reports and statistics.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation in digital systems and physical records.
