Job summary

Good Job Creations (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking an administrative and operations support professional to assist a healthcare department. You will help with front desk duties, intake interviews, financial assessments, and patient-family support, coordinating referrals and discharge planning.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Social Work from a recognized institution.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Good problem-solving and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support for the department, including front counter management and related duties.
• Conduct intake interviews, perform financial assessments, and provide appropriate assistance to patients and families.
• Facilitate referrals and support discharge planning activities for selected areas of care coordination.
• Assist Medical Social Workers with case management activities, including translation support, patient escort services, and home visit assistance.
• Participate in process improvement and quality improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external community partners to enhance patient care and service delivery.
• Support departmental programmes, projects, and initiatives.
