Job summary

YZi Labs in Singapore is seeking an experienced professional to oversee capital flow logic, manage settlement processes, and coordinate with overseas partners. You will lead the evaluation of capital-related issues, guide junior staff with reconciliation concepts, and support marketing collaboration to ensure robust capital operations.

The ideal candidate has 5-8 years in clearing and settlement, strong risk awareness, fluent English (Chinese helpful), a bachelor in accounting/finance/economics,

Qualifications

• 5-8 years in clearing and settlement on exchanges, payment channels or banks.
• Fluent English for coordination with overseas partners; Chinese preferred.
• Bachelor in accounting, finance or economics.
• High risk awareness and risk identification abilities.
• Strong logical analysis and communication skills.
• Energetic, innovative, able to work under pressure and a team player.
• Familiar with Internet Finance and traditional financial business.
• Experience leading teams and delivering projects independently.
• Risk control experience in acquiring business (bank/Visa) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be familiar with the logic of system capital flow changes.
• Coordinate access to fiat channels, capital processes and test launches.
• Daily docking with customer service to handle capital issues.
• Deal with capital issues with timely and correct judgments and responses.
• Cooperate with distribution of marketing activities.
• Maintain sensitivity to fund data and provide insights.
• Apply reconciliation logic to guide daily work of subordinates.
• Handle other fund-related system issues.

Be familiar with the logic of system capital flow changes

Connect the access of each fiat channels, capital related processes and launch test

Daily docking customer service to deal with customer capital issues

Be able to deal with various capital issues and make timely and correct judgment and response measures

Cooperate with the distribution of marketing activities

Have a certain sensitivity to various fund data of the system and have own opinions and ideas

The concept of reconciliation logic is clear, which can guide the daily work of subordinates

Other fund issues related to the system

Requirements

5-8 years working experience in clearing and settlement in exchange platform, payment channels, commercial bank, etc

Fluency in English to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Spoken Chinese would be advantageous.

Bachelor degree or above, major in accounting, finance, economics, etc

Have keen risk awareness and good risk identification ability

Good ability of logical analysis, communication and expression

Work engagement, energetic, innovative, strong pressure resistance, strong sense of responsibility and sense of teamwork

Familiar with Internet Finance and traditional financial business

Experience in leading the team and completing projects independently

Experience in risk control of acquiring business such as a bank or Visa is preferred
